About the Role
Raybond Technical Limited is a leading engineering solutions provider backed by premier European manufacturers, delivering excellence to the cement, oil and gas, and heavy industrial sectors for over a decade. We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Accounts Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, executing seamless day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Record financial transactions accurately and maintain the general ledger, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare timely bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash positions.
- Process supplier invoices, manage accounts payable, and ensure timely payments.
- Generate client invoices, maintain aging schedules, and execute collection procedures for overdue accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and provide comprehensive audit support.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client concerns.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial analyses and cross-departmental tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial controls, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
