Wertvoll Consulting Services is proud to manage the recruitment process for Smart Class Hotel & Suite, a premier hospitality destination in Aji-Enugu Ezike, Enugu State. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Officer to maintain financial integrity, support business growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations within our client's hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements, daily sales reports, and petty cash disbursements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory tax deductions and remittances in Nigeria.
- Collaborate with management to monitor operational costs and implement internal financial controls.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and integrity standards suitable for a professional hospitality environment.
