Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily transaction records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts with high accuracy.
- Help plan, monitor, and oversee departmental and company-wide budgets to prevent overspending.
- Perform bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Support internal and external audits, manage tax documentation, and enforce financial regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee expense claims, and timely vendor payments.
- Evaluate operational workflows and develop policies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor operational costs, profit margins, and inventory or resource allocation.
- Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers.
- Assist with human resources administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or operations management.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a finance, operations, or accounting role.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
