Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences that connect classroom accounting concepts to real-world community challenges.
- Facilitate student-centered lessons using interactive, visual, and practical teaching methods.
- Provide personalized instruction, regular feedback, and termly reports to students and parents or guardians.
- Assess and document student academic progress using innovative project-based evaluation methods.
- Participate actively in peer lesson plan reviews and contribute meaningfully to curriculum development.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practice.
- Partner collaboratively with parents, community stakeholders, and fellow educators.
- Uphold Talent Mine's child protection policies with unwavering commitment and care.
- Model the positive leadership qualities we strive to develop in our students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Accounting, or a relevant subject area.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, with preference given to candidates with prior classroom teaching experience.
- Strong understanding and practical application of learner-centered teaching practices.
- Genuine belief in every child's potential for success regardless of their socio-economic background.
- Strong moral compass, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage diverse student groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Must be proficient in using Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
