Key Responsibilities- Assist the finance department with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records.
- Support the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and basic financial statements.
- Help track project budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions related to branding campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and audits under the supervision of the senior accountant.
- Currently serving your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year with primary assignment clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate seamlessly across teams.
