About the Role

Pruvia Integrated Limited is a dynamic and growing corporate services organization incorporated in Nigeria, delivering world-class solutions across diverse sectors including travel and immigration consulting. We are currently seeking a diligent, analytical, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our travel operations by managing day-to-day accounts, ensuring strict statutory compliance, and providing reliable financial reporting to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records including general ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily bank transactions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Track client payments, manage outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Ensure timely remittance of Nigerian statutory obligations including PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, and NSITF.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure all expenditures are properly documented and authorized.
  • Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring, flagging budget variances to management promptly.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide all required documentation during audit exercises.
  • Maintain proper digital and physical filing of all financial documents and transaction records.
Qualifications
  • Possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within the travel, immigration, or service sector.
  • Part or full professional qualification with ICAN or ACCA is required or currently in view.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong integrity.
