About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, professional Accountant and Cashier to join our dynamic team and oversee our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Handle cashier duties, processing payments and reconciling daily cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and promptly resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and relevant financial reporting requirements.
- Participate actively in the institutional budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct regular internal audits to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA or ACCA are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and financial experience.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and local financial regulations.
