About the Role
Landmark Africa Group, a leading provider of serviced offices, real estate development, market research, and hospitality services since 1997, is expanding its dynamic team. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and talented Accountant to join us at the scenic Landmark Nike Lake Resort in Enugu. In this role, you will help maintain our high standards of financial integrity while supporting our mission to provide seamless operational platforms for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and budgets in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations in Nigeria.
- Collaborate with management to monitor operational costs and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives by ensuring smooth financial interactions and transparent billing processes.
- Must reside in Enugu or its environs.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior working experience in the hospitality or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
