About the Role
D'Sams Homes Nig LTD is a premier, fast-growing real estate development and investment company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Under the executive leadership of Managing Director and CEO Hauwa Momoh, the firm delivers streamlined, transparent property acquisition and land ownership solutions. We are currently looking for a talented Accountant to join our vibrant team at our Utako, Abuja office and help drive our continued financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain proper financial records in compliance with Nigerian tax laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to support financial planning and client acquisition strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related relevant discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, networking, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
