We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Accountant to join our dynamic team and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and insightful management reports.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and detailed financial analysis.
- Support strategic budgeting, forecasting, and effective cash-flow management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, regulatory bodies, and Nigerian tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation and reports.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional accounting experience.
- Active ICAN or ACCA qualification, or significant progress toward certification, will be a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in using modern accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to present financial data effectively.
