Key Responsibilities- Record, analyze, and report financial data accurately in a timely manner.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
- Implement, maintain, and document efficient record-keeping and accounting systems.
- Handle the accurate filing of accounts and statutory documents.
- Ensure timely filing and remittance of taxes and other statutory financial obligations.
- Identify potential financial risks and provide actionable solutions for businesses and individuals.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting.
- At least two (2) years of active experience practicing in the accounting field.
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using modern accounting software and accurate data entry techniques.
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in working with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Possession of relevant professional accounting certifications is a strong advantage.
