About the Role
FMR Agency Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant on behalf of our esteemed client in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business within a dynamic corporate environment in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and bookkeeping entries.
- Record daily sales, operational expenses, and other financial transactions promptly.
- Prepare regular financial reports and perform routine account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Track organizational expenses and provide active support for budgeting activities.
- Ensure strict accuracy of financial records and compliance with established accounting procedures.
- HND or BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience in a structured environment.
- Solid working knowledge of core accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with prior experience using popular accounting software being a strong advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy, professional integrity, and attention to detail.
- Must reside within Lugbe, Abuja, or surrounding areas and be able to commute daily to the office.
