About the Role
Trithel International Company Limited (TICL), a frontline consulting outfit delivering integrated professional services in quality management, human capital, and environmental solutions, is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded Accountant for our business unit in Jos. In this role, you will act as a true business partner to operational management, ensuring financial integrity while driving profitability, efficiency, and sound business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain complete and accurate books of account for the business unit.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial performance reports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor revenues, production costs, operating expenses, margins, and working capital performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and statutory compliance.
- Provide actionable financial analysis to support operational and management decision-making.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities while supervising finance support staff.
- Recommend initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ACA or ACCA qualification or advanced stage of completion preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills.
- Maximum age of 38 years.
