About the Role
Chokmann Realty Services Limited is a premier real estate development, investment, and construction firm operating primarily out of Abuja, Nigeria, with additional corporate infrastructure expanding into Lagos. We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial structural frameworks, custom engineering designs, and sustainable property builds. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team and support our continued business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to maintain financial health
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory remittances in compliance with Nigerian laws
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, alongside advanced MS Excel skills
- Possession of or progress toward ICAN certification is a distinct added advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
