Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and routine bank reconciliations while monitoring overall cash flow.
- Oversee income, expenditure, and daily financial transactions to ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts to guide management decision-making.
- Ensure the timely computation and remittance of statutory taxes and other regulatory financial obligations.
- Support payroll processing and general financial administration across departments.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional accounting experience in a structured organization.
- Active student membership or full certification in ICAN, ACCA, or other recognized professional bodies is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and industry-standard accounting software.
