About the Role
Nobzo Verse Limited is a pioneering Nigerian property-technology company transforming the real estate landscape by making it more transparent, efficient, and human. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and transaction processing.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Handle account reconciliations, vendor payments, and efficient payroll processing.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements, including PAYE, VAT, WHT, and CIT.
- Coordinate internal and external audits while continuously improving financial controls.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Sage, alongside advanced Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical capability, and attention to detail.
