About the Role

ETC Workforce Services Limited is recruiting an experienced Accountant on behalf of our client, a fast-growing hair restoration and aesthetic clinic specializing in advanced hair transplant procedures and non-surgical treatments. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business success in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, statements, and management accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow, track budgets, and evaluate financial performance against business goals.
  • Maintain robust internal financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate tax filings, annual audits, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Review financial records regularly to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and close control gaps.
  • Support strategic budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting personnel to ensure high performance.
  • Provide executive management with reliable financial insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Active professional accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or an approved equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and numerical aptitude with uncompromised attention to detail.
  • High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
