We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Accountant to manage the financial health and reporting of our campuses. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring our resources are effectively optimized to serve our students and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for all school locations.
  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, regularly monitoring and reporting on variances.
  • Conduct thorough monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
  • Implement and enforce robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures across the group.
  • Supervise and mentor campus bookkeepers in daily accounting operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management processes, including ordering, receiving, and auditing supplies across all campuses.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial policies that enhance department efficiency and support institutional growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of proven professional accounting experience, preferably within the education sector or corporate multisite environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to effectively supervise campus teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software, collaboration platforms, and modern productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and impeccable integrity.
