About the Role
Tizeti Network Limited, a pioneering and fast-growing NCC-licensed Internet Service Provider leveraging solar-powered infrastructure to deliver unlimited broadband across Nigeria and West Africa, is looking for a dynamic Account Professional to join our expanding finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic business decisions, and driving our continued regional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns while ensuring strict adherence to statutory payment and reporting requirements.
- Analyze business operations, financial trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to forecast future financial positions and advise management.
- Establish accounts, assign appropriate entries, and develop or modify record-keeping systems utilizing modern accounting technology.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive budgets, generating periodic variance reports comparing actual versus budgeted costs.
- Direct bookkeeping activities and prepare instructional forms and operational manuals for accounting personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a Second Class Upper (2.1) or a closely related discipline; professional certification such as ICAN is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven accounting and financial analysis experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with familiarity with Power BI and modern accounting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of accounting strategies, financial analysis, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
