We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer to lead our executive management team and drive our strategic expansion within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary corporate strategy and executive business leadership to achieve organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Drive brokerage and securities trading growth while expanding our footprint in the capital markets.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with institutional investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and major corporate clients.
- Oversee investment banking, financial advisory, investment, and portfolio management operations.
- Take full accountability for revenue generation, overall financial performance, and sustainable profitability.
- Provide exceptional people and organizational leadership to foster a high-performance, innovative company culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Professional qualifications such as Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Must meet all applicable SEC and capital market regulatory requirements for the position.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience within investment banking, securities brokerage, capital markets, or asset management.
- At least 7 years of senior management or executive leadership experience within a regulated financial institution.
- Proven expertise in Nigerian capital markets, NGX operations, corporate finance, and capital raising transactions.
