We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Associate to join our expanding team and support high-impact financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain complex financial models and perform comprehensive company valuations.
- Assist in corporate finance and transaction execution from origination to closing.
- Conduct thorough investment analysis, due diligence, and market research.
- Prepare high-quality transaction materials, pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations.
- Ensure risk management, compliance, and proper documentation across all deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Possession or active pursuit of professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint presentation development.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and time-management skills with high integrity.
