About the Role
Agiville Industries Limited is a pioneer in environmental protection and sanitation within Nigeria, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality 120 and 240-litre wheeled waste bins to global standards. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Officer to strengthen our finance team and support our continued operational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently, ensuring timely reconciliations and collections.
- Process daily financial transactions, ledger entries, and invoices accurately.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with internal and external audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience working within a manufacturing or production company in Nigeria.
- Strong proficiency in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
