About the Role
Domino Stores Limited, a leading Nigerian retail, hospitality, and property conglomerate, is recruiting an experienced Account Officer to join our bakery chain division. We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional with strong accounting expertise and a commitment to excellence in financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all financial transactions with meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance
- Monitor accounts and maintain detailed financial records using industry-standard accounting software
- Prepare, examine, and reconcile financial documents including invoices and account statements
- Process invoices efficiently and respond promptly to customer inquiries and regulatory requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure complete financial compliance and control
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality in all financial operations
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting/Accountancy from an accredited Nigerian institution
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a structured accounts department within retail or related industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tally, and QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity, leadership qualities, and professional discretion
