Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular internal audits of factory operations to ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Identify operational weaknesses, bottlenecks, and gaps in internal controls, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing robust risk management strategies tailored to manufacturing environments.
- Monitor and evaluate the overall effectiveness of existing internal controls to prevent financial and operational discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive internal control reports and compliance documentation for senior management review.
- Collaborate with various department heads to streamline processes and foster a culture of accountability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience as an Internal Control Officer, Factory Auditor, or in a similar audit function.
- Strong working knowledge of risk management principles and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern auditing software.
