As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious Accounts Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic Finance and Accounts team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Accounts team in managing daily accounting and financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist with posting expenses, vendor payments, and other transactions into the ERP system.
  • Support bank and ledger reconciliation activities to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and filing of essential financial documents and records.
  • Support month-end reporting processes and assist in preparing accounting schedules.
  • Assist with audit preparation and the prompt provision of required supporting documents.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and proper documentation of all financial records.
  • Perform other assigned accounting and finance-related duties as directed by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 1 year of post-graduation experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computerized accounting systems.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and build a long-term career in corporate accounting.
  • Ongoing studies toward professional accounting qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA will be an added advantage.
