About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for driving academic excellence, operational management, and strategic growth for our cutting-abling tech academy in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and tech industry demands.
- Oversee curriculum design, program delivery, and the integration of emerging technologies like DevOps, cybersecurity, and data science.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of instructors, facilitators, and academic support staff.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, certification bodies, and industry stakeholders to secure internships and job placements for students.
- Manage academy budgets, resource allocation, quality assurance, and key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Bachelor degree in Education, Business, ICT, or a related field; a Master degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in learning and development, education management, or academy leadership within the tech sector.
- Proven track record in technical curriculum development, team management, and budget administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and educational data analytics.
