Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Yoruba language lessons aligned with the approved school curriculum.
- Foster an interactive and culturally rich classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Promote Nigerian arts, culture, and traditions through curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize cultural events, debates, and school presentations.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.A., B.Ed., or equivalent in Yoruba Language, Linguistics, or Education.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of Yoruba grammar, literature, and cultural heritage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology into lessons.
