Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to Year 4 and Year 5 students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and moral development.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students regularly.
- Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school policies regarding student behavior and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support holistic student growth and academic success.
- Integrate modern educational technology into daily lessons to enhance the learning experience.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, certifications, and teaching credentials.
- Demonstrated previous teaching experience within a primary school setting, specifically handling upper primary classes (Year 4/5).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
