We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Head Teacher to provide exceptional academic and administrative leadership for our growing school community in Nigeria.

As the Head Teacher, you will be responsible for driving the school's educational vision and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Your core duties will include:

• Overseeing the daily administrative and academic operations across crèche, nursery, primary, and secondary sections.
• Mentoring, supervising, and evaluating teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging lessons.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing the school curriculum to meet national and international educational standards.
• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and holistic development.
• Managing student discipline, attendance, and pastoral care effectively and empathetically.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
• Organizing continuous professional development programs for teaching and non-teaching staff.

To be considered for this leadership position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Bachelor's degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). A Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of at least 5 to 7 years of teaching and administrative experience in a reputable school setting.
• Possess excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Display outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and parents.
• Show deep knowledge of modern pedagogical approaches and Nigerian/international curricula.
