Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical and electrical workshop activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage workshop staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve operational targets.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy construction equipment, vehicles, or related machinery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory compliance within the workshop environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, spare parts, and materials required for ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and meet project deadlines.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in workshop operations, vehicle assembly, heavy construction equipment, or automotive sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a technical team and manage daily workflow efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail regarding technical diagnostics.
