About the Role

High Performance Consulting is currently recruiting a skilled Workshop Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a bustling heavy-duty truck workshop. In this vital role, you will ensure optimal fleet availability by minimizing downtime and maintaining the highest standards of safety and mechanical repair for major truck brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate the workflow for mechanics and technicians.
  • Plan and monitor routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs for heavy-duty trucks including HOWO, FAW, MAN, and Iveco.
  • Inspect vehicles, diagnose mechanical faults, and determine precise repair requirements.
  • Monitor repair quality, ensure timely completion, and verify that serviced trucks are fully fit for deployment.
  • Track vehicle downtime, manage repair priorities, and maintain comprehensive records of maintenance history.
  • Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Enforce strict compliance with workshop safety procedures and operational standards among all staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, featuring proven supervisory duties.
  • Extensive practical experience working with HOWO, FAW, MAN, and Iveco heavy-duty trucks.
  • Strong expertise in mechanical fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
