About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading and reputable name in the Nigerian beverage production industry, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator - Blow/Fill to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and continuous operation of our advanced production lines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment, including Krones and Sidel machinery, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize output.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly, applying sound technical knowledge to resolve faults.
- Monitor production processes, inspect finished products for quality assurance, and adjust machine settings as necessary.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and quality control teams to adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, equipment status reports, and maintenance records.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operation and maintenance experience with fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment (Krones, Sidel, or similar brands).
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Relevant technical certification, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
