In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining optimal efficiency on the workfloor by ensuring seamless material handling, supporting operators, and upholding rigorous safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities- Move, transport, and arrange raw materials and finished products safely within designated work areas.
- Supply necessary materials promptly to various work stations to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Assist machine operators and team members with basic, day-to-day workfloor activities.
- Ensure all materials and inventory are properly organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness across the entire workfloor.
- Adhere strictly to all internal workplace safety regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and output targets.
- Previous hands-on experience working in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Good physical coordination, stamina, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive, physically active tasks in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
