Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute wireline logging, perforation, and well intervention operations safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all field activities strictly comply with company policies, environmental regulations, and industry safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electronic wireline tools and surface equipment prior to and during operations.
- Collaborate closely with clients, rig crews, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare accurate daily operational reports, service tickets, and equipment checklists.
- Conduct rigorous hazard identification and risk assessments before commencing any site task.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field personnel and interns.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant upstream oil and gas experience with demonstrable field operations background.
- Strong working knowledge of well operations, wireline tools, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Valid professional certifications relevant to wireline operations will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and resilience under demanding field environments.
