About the Role
Marquise Energy Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering and EPC services, dedicated to helping critical industries streamline operations, minimize risks, and achieve project success. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for a seasoned Well Operations Superintendent to drive our upcoming energy projects in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical advice during pre-qualification and tender evaluations to ensure contractor and supplier selections align with rigorous organizational standards.
- Deliver timely, accurate requirements for all specialized services and critical materials necessary for seamless project execution.
- Monitor drilling execution closely, reporting technical or economic variations promptly and proposing effective engineering modifications.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations among company units and external contractors to maintain project momentum and safety compliance.
- Serve as a key member of the emergency task force during blowouts or major operational incidents.
- Review simultaneous completion and production procedures to continuously optimize field performance and asset value.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of broad downstream and upstream oil and gas industry experience.
- At least 10 specialized years of hands-on well drilling, completions, and intervention experience.
- Valid certifications including IWCF or IADC Well Cap Level 4, BOSIET/HUET, NEBOSH IGC, and HSE Levels 1-3.
- Mandatory basic training completion including Basic H2S, Advanced Fire Fighting, Advanced First Aid, and Permit to Work.
