About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, repairing, and fabricating essential industrial equipment to ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a hands-off or hands-on technical professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, adheres strictly to safety protocols, and can deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality stainless steel welding and standard electric welding for various industrial machinery and structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to execute precise welding tasks.
- Inspect structures and equipment to identify damages, structural flaws, or required maintenance.
- Cut, shape, and fabricate metal components accurately using torches, grinders, and other specialized welding tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a welder within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated specialization and hands-on expertise in stainless steel welding and standard electric welding.
- Strong technical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver precise, durable finishes.
- Good knowledge of industrial safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in welding and fabrication is an added advantage.
