About the Role
Marquise Energy Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering and EPC services, dedicated to helping critical industries optimize operations and reduce risks. We are currently seeking three dynamic and highly skilled Well Integrity Technicians to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee well integrity operations, ensure strict compliance with EHS standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional asset teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, plan, and generate procedures for all well integrity operations and well intervention work.
- Plan and coordinate service company involvement, personnel requirements, and equipment availability.
- Collaborate with Petroleum, Production, and Operations teams to track well performance and optimize designs.
- Implement well programs including completions, workovers, slickline, coiled tubing, E-line, and fishing.
- Demonstrate exemplary safety leadership ensuring full compliance with company EHS policies and regulations.
- Participate in compiling the well risk register and conducting rigorous well barrier reviews.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for major operational challenges such as fishing, kicks, or serious accidents.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or a relevant technical discipline (MSc preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience spanning office-based engineering and active field supervisory roles.
- At least 5 years dedicated to complex, high-risk drilling environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Wellview, Compass, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid BOSIET and IWCF or IADC Well Cap Level 4 certifications.
