Key Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and optimize the official university website and related web portals for maximum speed, responsiveness, and uptime.
- Oversee website hosting environments, SSL certificates, domain configurations, and perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to monitor for vulnerabilities, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with various university departments to ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines using our Content Management System (CMS).
- Support seamless integrations with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
- Implement SEO best practices, monitor website analytics, and provide technical support and training to internal content contributors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in web administration, content management systems, and web security.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing WordPress or enterprise CMS platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of web hosting, DNS, and server management.
