About the Role
Eni, a major integrated global energy company operating in 83 countries, is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Specialist to join Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd. in Abuja. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and effective ICT services, ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of our IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to support seamless business operations and new project implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain ICT infrastructure, networks, and communication services to guarantee continuous business operations.
- Support the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of ICT systems, applications, and technology requirements for new projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with company ICT policies, global standards, procedures, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Manage user access permissions, monitor security risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents in coordination with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with headquarters and external ICT service providers to ensure efficient technical service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ICT assets, system configurations, and support data backup, recovery, and business continuity activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection controls.
- Proven ability in hardware and software troubleshooting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
