We are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Wealth Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value clients, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate bodies, and institutional investors, while significantly driving the growth of our investment portfolio and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth and institutional clients to build a robust investment pipeline.
  • Mobilize funds efficiently through the company's approved fixed-income and investment products to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and nurture an assigned client portfolio, tailoring investment solutions to match individual risk appetites, financial goals, and liquidity needs.
  • Provide expert investment advisory services, explaining structures, tenors, expected returns, and associated risks clearly.
  • Drive revenue generation through fees, commissions, and interest income by expanding client wallet share and securing portfolio renewals.
  • Conduct thorough market intelligence, tracking competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging client segments.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory frameworks during client onboarding and transactions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, business development, or institutional fund mobilization within the Nigerian financial sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully engaging and converting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with deep knowledge of fixed-income instruments, capital markets, and investment dynamics.
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • High level of commercial aggressiveness, resilience, and target-oriented drive.
