About the Role

The Dangote Group, Africa’s leading diversified business conglomerate, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our world-class team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical supply chain role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of finished goods warehousing operations, driving inventory accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the receipt, stacking, storage, picking, and timely dispatch of finished goods to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of dispatch orders utilizing third-party logistics (3PL) trucks.
  • Monitor inventory levels continuously, coordinating replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Maintain impeccable warehouse housekeeping and enforce strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive monthly stock reconciliations while investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records within ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and conducting performance reviews.
  • Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Logistics, Transport, and Sales teams to optimize the flow of goods.
  • Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports focusing on stock levels, dispatches, and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and ERP platforms, specifically SAP.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve warehouse KPIs.
