About the Role
Halliburton Energy Services, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager PML to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee all Procurement, Materials, and Logistics (PML) activities within our operations, ensuring that business and customer demands are met with precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by optimizing supply chains and driving operational success within a supportive, globally connected organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive procurement, materials, and logistics activities within a manufacturing center, country, or designated location to meet strict business and customer timelines.
- Establish a reliable supply base and streamline the PML process to drive optimal financial and operational business results.
- Implement strategic sourcing initiatives alongside the Category Management group to support local production schedules and customer deliveries.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Nigerian laws, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate control standards.
- Manage employee and supplier performance, holding budgetary accountability and directly impacting revenue viability and service quality.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in procurement, materials management, or logistics within the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Possession of a graduate degree as well as industry-recognized certifications such as APICS, CPM, or CPIS is highly preferred.
