About the Role
Mirahub Limited, a leading service-oriented company managing mobile device collection and repair support points in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated Warehouse / Store Supervisor. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of goods for top smartphone brands while upholding our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate digital and physical stock records.
- Receive, inspect, properly store, and coordinate the dispatch of incoming goods.
- Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory audits to prevent loss, damage, or shrinkage.
- Ensure proper organization, safety, and cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide warehouse and store staff daily activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely restocking.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory and operational reports for management review.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Store Keeper, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory control metrics, including stock turnover and accuracy rates.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and record-keeping systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
