About the Role
Arit of Africa Ltd is a world-class IT services organization specializing in the deployment of high-end IT systems, solutions, and services. We are looking for a dedicated Bids and Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria, ensuring the delivery of competitive, compliant, and commercially sound bids that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender and proposal requirements while clarifying bid conditions to manage the overall tender preparation process effectively.
- Monitor bid management activities to guarantee strict alignment with company requirements and client frameworks.
- Contribute actively to cost and price calculations, ensuring commercial viability and competitiveness.
- Coordinate tender reviews and manage strict deadlines to ensure timely delivery of fully compliant bids.
- Coordinate the vendor registration process alongside Business Development Managers and support project management functions.
- Submit comprehensive weekly reports on bids and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to Executive Management.
- Compile submitted bids in both soft and hard copy formats and arrange post-bid reviews with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in bid management, winning contracts, and delivering within agreed time scales.
- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian IT market and procurement processes.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to track potential issues during bid preparation and escalate them appropriately to Senior Management.
