In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and facility management to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and strict compliance with company standards.
- Conduct accurate monthly stock counts and submit comprehensive inventory reports within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure timely renewal of all statutory licenses, permits, registrations, and facility tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate routine maintenance of company vehicles and schedule regular fumigation for a safe, hygienic work environment.
- Monitor staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures regarding product handling, sales processes, and workplace cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational challenges professionally and cost-effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in inventory, warehouse, or procurement fields.
- HND or B.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
