About the Role

Currently, we are seeking responsible, alert, and disciplined individuals to join our growing team as Security Personnel in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and secure company premises, including guest areas, facilities, and staff quarters.
- Control access to the establishment by rigorously screening and monitoring visitors and vendors.
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of all assigned zones to deter and detect any unauthorized activities.
- Identify and promptly report suspicious behaviors, security breaches, or safety hazards to management.
- Enforce company security policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily visitor traffic, incidents, and shift handovers.
- Respond calmly and decisively to emergency situations, providing immediate support and coordination.
- Minimum of an SSCE, WAEC, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior working experience in a security, law enforcement, or hospitality safety role is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional observation, situational awareness, and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess high levels of discipline, personal integrity, reliability, and physical fitness.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
