We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and play a vital role in our clean energy mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, storing, and dispatching renewable energy equipment and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using modern warehouse management systems and conduct regular physical stock counts.
  • Ensure proper organization, tagging, and safety compliance of all items stored within the facility.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to various project sites.
  • Implement strict quality control measures to minimize stock damage, loss, or discrepancies.
  • Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physical inventory tasks when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
