Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage, mentor, and train store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate reordering to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- Analyze sales reports and financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.
