We are currently seeking a results-driven, highly disciplined Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to join our growing operations team. In this pivotal role, you will maintain absolute control over our warehouse floor, ensuring that daily receiving, stock organization, order processing, and dispatch run with maximum efficiency and zero tolerance for error. If you possess a strong leadership presence, excel in fast-paced environments, and have a proven track record of enforcing strict operational standards, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Firmly lead, direct, and enforce strict discipline among all ground staff and subordinate team supervisors to maintain peak operational performance.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, organizing stock, managing order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock audits, meticulously manage inventory levels, and implement preventative measures to eliminate loss, shrinkage, or product damage.
- Enforce strict punctuality, comprehensive workplace safety protocols, and uncompromising operational standards across the warehouse floor.
- Resolve any floor-level disputes or bottlenecks swiftly to keep workflow uninterrupted and aligned with company goals.
- Proven professional experience successfully managing both warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrated leadership style that is strict, assertive, and highly disciplined with strong authority to command respect and compliance.
- Must reside within the Iyana Ipaja or Ayobo axis of Lagos to ensure reliable and punctual commute.
- Full availability to work a demanding Monday through Saturday schedule.
