We are currently looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic Warehouse and Supply Chain Department in Lagos. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of operational accuracy, workplace safety, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to guarantee a smooth and highly efficient workflow across all shifts.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet strict daily targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels continuously and maintain accurate stock records using advanced management systems.
  • Coordinate regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched within agreed delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to support overall business operations.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained, routinely serviced, and operated under strict safety guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive routine warehouse, productivity, and inventory reports for executive management.
  • Enforce strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Aged between 29 and 46 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
